by TEPARG are pleased to announce the publication of Volume 1 of International Anatomical Education: The Trans-European Pedagogic Anatomy Research Group (Biomedical Visualization Vol.9) edited by TEPARG Secretary Professor Iain D. Keenan, Immediate TEPARG Past President Professor Isabel Stabile, and Anatomical Society TEPARG representative Dr Asha Venkatesh.
There are eight chapters, with contributions from 36 international TEPARG member authors, including TEPARG President Dr Erich Brenner, TEPARG Vice President Professor Diogo Pais, and TEPARG Founder and Past President Professor Bernard Moxham.
The book discusses the use of physical and digital visualisation approaches in anatomical education, highlights modern anatomical pedagogic research across Europe and beyond, and describes curricular developments and innovative teaching in anatomical education.
Preparations for Volume 2 of International Anatomical Education: The Trans-European Pedagogic Anatomy Research Group, edited by Professor Iain D. Keenan and Dr Hannah Swainson are currently well under way, with publication expected in early 2026.
